Complete default keyboard shortcut mappings

CineWindows shortcuts are fully remappable from Preferences > Shortcuts (Ctrl+/). Player shortcuts mirror mpv’s official defaults when CineWindows intercepts them for app behaviour or OSD; unlisted mpv defaults are forwarded directly to libmpv.
